Designs to color for April are tulips, daffodils, pansies, rabbits and ladybugs. These are the things that are springlike. I especially love red and yellow tulips. The abstract design of ladybugs can also become dogs or rabbits by changing the colors. The last design of rabbits and birds is in Escher style.
The designs can be copied and pasted to make a full coloring page that you can print out. Right click the design and copy, then paste into a paint program like MSPaint on your computer. It is fun to color these free designs using the computer. It is so easy to change colors till you like the result.
